We use 100% genuine, veg-tanned, full-grain leather for our patches. Patches are laser-engraved cleaned, and sealed. Patches are glued onto the highest quality trucker hats. We use YP Classics 6606 and Richardson 112 Youth/Adult.
Our current custom hat processing time is one - two weeks.
Before you order, please confirm processing and shipping time to ensure you can get them in time!
- Select Color - Hats are one size fits most (OSFM). See colors for youth sizes!

- Choose your patch shape
- In the personalization box please specify leather color, stitched or not stitched. If stitched, please include thread color: brown, black, or tan
Custom logos: Please send your logo via Etsy messages. If you have a vector file, (SVG, EPS, AI) please email it to lullababywear [!at] gmail.com and include Etsy order number and contact info from order. In the event your image is low-quality, we may ask for a higher resolution or different file type. Please look for messages so there are no delays with your order.
- A digital proof of your patch and its layout will be sent via Etsy messages, usually within three business days, sometimes longer depending on production load.

Custom and personalized orders
Clothing: I love creating custom designs! All custom order pricing is based on the style of shirt you are interested in. Personalizing a current design is possible, a small fee $2-$5 will apply depending on the complexity/size of the design
Wooden Signs: Making new sign designs is my favorite part of the day! I ask for a 10$ deposit to create your design. Once approved, it goes toward your final purchase.
What is your shipping time frame?
Please check shop announcement for current shipping timeframes. Rush options are available but not during the Christmas Holiday season! If you choose a rush option, you must verify that I have the size and color you are interested in on hand to ship same/next day.
